A bag goes missing on the carousel, an aircrew finds something on the seat after disembark, or the connection's tight and the bag follows on the next flight. The airline's baggage-services team will reunite it with the passenger — but only if there's a courier who can collect from the airline's lost-luggage office and deliver to the right hotel, the right home or the right office, fast. How it works

The airline (or the passenger directly) calls our operations desk with the bag reference, the baggage-services office it's sitting in, and the destination address. We collect on the next available run — typically within hours — and deliver direct to the receiver with signed proof of delivery returned to whoever booked the job. No standing in baggage-services queues, no Uber across the city with a heavy case.

Forward-luggage, the other direction

The reverse is also a real service. Hotel concierges send luggage to Dublin Airport so departing guests can travel light to the terminal; visitors landing in the morning can have their bags waiting in the hotel room rather than wheeled around tourist sites for the day. We move both ways.
