How it works

The airline (or the passenger directly) calls our operations desk with the bag reference, the baggage-services office it's sitting in, and the destination address. We collect on the next available run — typically within hours — and deliver direct to the receiver with signed proof of delivery returned to whoever booked the job. Forward-luggage, the other direction
